Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital products (e-books, online courses, templates, etc) made via the DigitalDeck website (the “Site”).
By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. What Products Are Covered

  • Digital downloadable content (e-books, PDFs)

  • Online courses or memberships delivered digitally

  • Bundles or combinations of the above, unless explicitly excluded at the time of purchase

3. No Refund Case Once Access Granted

Because the products are delivered digitally (and you are granted immediate access), once full access is provided (for example you’ve downloaded the e-book or accessed the full course materials) we generally do not offer refunds.
Exceptions may apply under clause 4.

4. Exceptions / Right to Request Refund

You may request a refund if one of the following applies:

  • The product is materially defective (for example substantial technical issues prevent access) and we cannot remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • You were sold the wrong product, or the product you purchased differs materially from the description on the Site.

  • We made an error in pricing/payment that was obviously incorrect (and we failed to notify you).

  • You have evidence you are entitled to cancel under applicable Georgian consumer protection law (see clause 5).

To request a refund you must contact us at [your-contact-email] within 14 calendar days of purchase (unless a different period is specified at the time of sale). Provide your order number, purchase date, product name, the reason for your request and any supporting evidence.
We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe (normally within 7 business days).

5. Consumer Rights under Georgian Law

Under Law of Georgia on Protection of Consumer Rights (enacted 2022) you may have rights to withdraw from a “distance contract” (i.e., an online sale) within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. ExpatHub.GE (Tbilisi / Batumi, Georgia)+1
However:

  • This right may be limited or excluded in respect of digital content once you have started downloading/accessing the content.

  • We will comply with the law’s requirements and clearly communicate any such limiting condition at the time of purchase.
    If your purchase qualifies for consumer withdrawal under Georgian law and you request cancellation within the 14-day period before access begins or heavy usage of the product, we will refund you according to the law.

6. Method of Refund

If we approve your refund request:

  • We will refund the purchase price (minus any non-recoverable transaction fees) to the original payment method used.

  • Please allow up to 14 calendar days for the refund to be processed and reach your account.

  • If you have already accessed the product significantly (e.g., downloaded full e-book, completed the course), we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting your use, or decline the refund.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We will normally not refund in the following cases:

  • You simply changed your mind after access was granted/download started.

  • You purchased with the intention to use the product but did not do so.

  • You accessed partial content or started a course and decided you didn’t like it – unless there was a material defect or mis-representation.

  • You failed to comply with our account terms or licence conditions (for example shared the content, distributed it, etc).

  • You purchased a free or heavily discounted offer where refund eligibility was explicitly excluded (and that exclusion was clearly communicated at the point of sale).

8. Modifications to the Product

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue a product at any time. If such a modification materially affects the product you purchased, you may request a refund under the conditions in clause 4. Otherwise, modifications do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

  • Your order number and purchase date

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for refund request (and evidence if applicable)
    We will send you confirmation of receipt, review your request, and inform you of our decision.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer and believe your rights under Georgian consumer protection law have been infringed, you may file a complaint with the relevant Georgian authority (e.g., the National Competition Agency of Georgia) as permitted by law. en.justadvisors.ge+1

11. Amendments to the Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and publish the updated version on our Site. Continued use/purchase after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
